Transform Graphika from a service-based OSINT company into a scalable SaaS product while working within significant technical constraints (backend being rebuilt).

My Role

Senior UX Designer — Owned end-to-end design from research to launch, established design processes, built the design system, and collaborated with product, engineering, science, and analyst teams.

• ~20% reduction in time clients spent contacting support for data requests
• Improved analyst insight delivery from weekly to daily cadence
• 90% of clients accessed the platform daily within first month of launch
• Established design as strategic function within organization

• Synthesized previous research and conducted user workshops to define three product spaces
